We are so excited that your new furry family member has arrived and is getting bigger by the day. We already have families asking about crates, food, etc. I have created a resource list (with links) below of all the things we love and recommend.
We want nothing more ,than for you and your family, to have an easy transition when bringing your new furry family member home. The number one reason for returned puppies is families not preparing themselves for what to expect and putting in time to mold their puppy into what they want their puppy to be.

R
esources for you

Here at TX Howdy Doodles, we work with the puppies from the time they are 4 days old. By the time they go home at 8 weeks, we have begun crate training, leash training, learning how to sit and wait and much more. We are just scratching the surface and setting up the foundation for you and your family. Then it's your turn to continue this training. IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO PUT INTO YOUR PUPPY WHAT YOU WANT TO GET OUT OF YOUR PUPPY!!! Consistency and POSITIVE REINFORCEMENT is so important. You will get way more out of your puppy by rewarding what you DO want instead of yelling/punishing for what you DON'T want. They aim to please, so take advantage of that and use it to reward them when they do please you.
We have put together a list of resources that can help with everything for your puppy! I have listed them in categories. I hope this helps....

CHICKEN LOG - **This is what the puppies have been getting daily**.
BEEF LOG - (just cut them up into small chunks)
BULLY STICKS - Great for crate time. ALWAYS THROW AWAY ONCE THEY GET TO 3 INCHES OR SMALLER so they don't choke on them.
P
robiotic for upset tummies

PROBIOTICS - I highly recommend having this on hand at all times in case they get an upset tummy. Just place powder in bowl and add a little water. They love it! Taste like beef.

SQUEAKY FACES - these are there favorites.
HOL-lee Roller Ball - you can stuff jerky treats inside
YOUNGEVER CHEWING BALL - you can place kibble in this and put in crate

DOG CRATE -This one has a divider included. Start with just enough space for your puppy to lay stretched out. Move divider as they grow. If you give them more room than that, they will likely potty in their kennel.
